eufy SoloCam models currently include the E20, E40, L20, L40, S40, S340 and E30 model. If your eufy SoloCam is unable to power on, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify whether the issue can be resolved.
SoloCam E20 / E40
- Use a micro USB charging cable to connect the SoloCam to a 5V/2A power adapter and plug it in a wall outlet, then check if the LED indicator light on the SoloCam lights up indicating the camera is charging. If the LED indicator light on the SoloCam lights up, please charge the camera for 4 hours. If the LED indicator light on the SoloCam does not light up, please try using another micro USB charging cable.
- Use another 5V/2A power adapter to charge the SoloCam. If the LED indicator light on the SoloCam lights up, please charge it for 4 hours.
- Check the temperature since SoloCam has an operating temperature from -4°F to 122°F / -20°C to 50°C.
SoloCam L20 / L40 / S40
- Use a USB-C charging cable to connect the SoloCam to a 5V/2A power adapter and plug it in a wall outlet, then check if the LED indicator light on the SoloCam lights up indicating the camera is charging. If the LED indicator light on the SoloCam lights up, please charge the camera for 8 hours. If the LED indicator light on the SoloCam does not light up, please try using another USB-C charging cable.
- Use another 5V/2A power adapter to charge the SoloCam. If the LED indicator light on the SoloCam lights up, please charge it for 8 hours.
- Check the temperature since SoloCam has an operating temperature from -4°F to 122°F / -20°C to 50°C.
SoloCam S340/E30

Use a USB-C charging cable to connect the SoloCam to a 5V/2A power adapter and plug it in a wall outlet, then check if the LED indicator light on the SoloCam lights up indicating the camera is charging. If the LED indicator light on the SoloCam lights up, please charge the camera for 8 hours. If the LED indicator light on the SoloCam does not light up, please try using another USB-C charging cable.
